Sivedhora Return Policy

Sivedhora accepts returns for eligible Pooja items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery. Customers should provide order details and photographs when required for verification. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items should be reported promptly. Used, opened, customized, perishable, or specially prepared Pooja items may not be eligible for return. Once the return is approved, customers may receive a replacement or refund according to the applicable policy. Return shipping charges may apply in certain cases. Sivedhora reserves the right to inspect and approve all return requests based on eligibility.
